New York State is imposing new anti-sexual harassment training requirements on all employers that must be completed by October 9th 2019. There are several certified providers within the POB Chamber that can assist chamber members and their employees if this requirement has not yet been fulfilled.

However, after receiving public comment, the Department of Labor and Division of Human Rights pushed back the deadline.
